With decades of experience developing brands globally, William Gipson is well suited to his role as P&G’s Chief Diversity Officer. After joining the company in 1985 as a process-development engineer, he held leadership roles in the product development of major brands including Pampers and Bounty. He also served as a Section Head for Research and Development in Brazil and an Associate Director for R&D in Venezuela.
