Why the Fair360 Top 50 Is Credible

Now in its 14th year, The Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list is different from other diversity rankings because it is based entirely on empirical data. This year, the survey has vastly improved software to ascertain rankings as well as heightened measures for accountability to ensure the accuracy of corporate submissions.


The corporate world has voiced its support for the credibility of the Top 50 list through its participation, which has gone up dramatically every year and this year is expected to grow at least 20 percent to more than 1,000 participants.
