Vice President Joe Biden did not endear himself to New York City residents with his recent comments about LaGuardia Airport in Queens.
During a Thursday event in Philadelphia to unveil Amtrak’s new electric locomotive, Biden discussed the need for improvement in the nation’s travel infrastructure, bringing up the nation’s airports and ports.
