Director of Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives
Jodi Davidson, Director of Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives, leads Sodexo’s vast portfolio of diversity programs, to include mentoring, work/life – flexibility initiative, and diversity related recognition. She currently serves as Chair for two cross-divisional/cross-functional task forces including Sodexo’s “Spirit of Mentoring” Implementation Team and Work/Life Flexibility Implementation Team.
Davidson joined the organization in 1995 specializing in the areas of employee relations, and training and development. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Diversity for Sodexo’s Education Market. She has a master’s degree from Towson University.
