A Missouri waitress has been fired after a video of her after-work activities went viral.
In a Snapchat video uploaded to Facebook, Tabitha “Tabbie” Duncan is riding in a pick-up truck with two men who talk about going “n***er hunting.”
“You get them n***ers,” the 20-year-old tells the men. Duncan and the driver both appear to be drinking alcohol.

A man who cannot be seen on screen speaking to Duncan seems to represent everything wrong with Jefferson County, Mo., culture.
“Look at my soon-to-be sister-in-law,” the cameraman says affectionately in response to Duncan’s racism. “She looks so pretty.”
Duncan’s former employer, the Social Bar & Grill, located in St. Louis, made the right move and terminated her without hesitation.
But the company may also need to reconsider who runs its social media campaign. A screengrab of a Facebook Messenger conversation between a concerned woman and Social’s Facebook page shows a different attitude initially. The woman sent the video to Social’s Facebook account.
Social: “Please stop posting this to our establishments (sic) page.”
User: “It’ll be posted everywhere. That’s nasty you allow people like that to work for you.”
Social: “It has nothing to do [with] my business and you will receive a cease and desist letter from [our lawyer if] you continue.”
Social later posted in a Facebook comment regarding the exchange: “The initial response made regarding the video being posted to the social media page was made by a person who helps with the social media aspect of our marketing and didn’t know the person or if they were even an actual employee. Once the owners became aware and confirmed it was an actual employee, immediate action was taken and the employee was terminated.”
The United States Air Force is also looking into the incident, as Duncan recently enlisted in the Reserves. Saying the Air Force “values diversity and inclusion,” the military branch elaborated in a statement: “We take incidents like this very seriously and action will be taken upon further investigation as necessary.”
According to Heavy, Duncan also previously worked or currently works — it is not clear — at a hospital, Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital, located in Creve Coeur, Mo. Her role at the hospital is unknown, but someone who recreationally “hunts” other people should perhaps not be tasked with taking care of others.
