Oliver Turman

Director, Supplier Diversity


Oliver Turman, Acting Executive Director AT&T Supplier Diversity is responsible for continued growth of AT&T’s world class Supplier Diversity Team. He leads a team of diversity managers tasked with increasing AT&T’s diversity spend through partnerships with AT&T’s sourcing organization and other internal business units which allow for the positioning of diversity suppliers for specific opportunities. The AT&T supplier diversity team continues to find innovative new approaches to increasing diversity spend, even in traditionally difficult areas.

Turman has over 24 years of procurement experience including nine years as an acquisition professional in the military and 15 years’ experience with AT&T. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. He obtained his Masters of Business Administration degree from Webster University.

Michael Byron

Senior Director, Supplier Diversity and Women’s Sourcing Initiative


Michael joined Wal-Mart Stores U.S. in 2012. In his current role, he leads Supplier Diversity and Women’s Sourcing Initiative. Previous to leading the Supplier Diversity organization for Walmart, Michael served as the Vice President of Supplier Diversity for SUPERVALU, a Fortune 100 company. In addition to his Supplier Diversity expertise, Michael has over 20 years in retail merchandising and operations leadership and has held increasingly responsible roles across the U.S. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Executive Management & Leadership Certifications from Cornell University & University of Phoenix.

Keith Hines

Director, Procurement


Keith Hines is a Director in the US Procurement department at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he is responsible for the Procurement Legal Contracting Team and Supplier Diversity & Sustainability. In this role he manages legal and contracting issues for PwC, US operations and PwC owned subsidiaries in India, China and Japan. He is an accomplished Executive with over 20 years experience in Supply Management, Operations, Human Resources and Supplier Diversity. He is a member of the procurement transformation team responsible for cost savings and quality improvements across the organization. Hines has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LeMoyne-Owen College in Tennessee and a master’s degree in global affairs from New York University.
