A key to our success is hiring and retaining a staff that is as diverse as our audiences.”The company understands the importance of recruiting and retaining the best talent and one that is reflective of the diverse audiences it serves globally, stating: “In Film and Television and the Internet, Time Warner provides millions of people with a broad range of products and services that reflect the diverse backgrounds, interests and cultures of our customers. In addition, the company’s networks provide multiethnic and foreign language programming from producers throughout the world.”


To that end, the company’s efforts to create a talent pipeline, especially for women, are showing significant progress. Time Warner earned a spot on the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 list for the sixth year in a row and moved up despite an increase in participation of 31%.

Women now comprise 40% of the top leadership, almost 30% more than the Top 50 average. Women in management also exceed the Top 50 average by 7%. Time Warner’s pipeline of women includes the best talent in the media and entertainment industry.
