  • President and CEO Roger Ferguson chairs the executive diversity council which has rotational positions for employee resource group members.
  • In 2018, TIAA Talent Acquisition launched a comprehensive program to increase internal talent mobility. This program included hiring a dedicated, full-time Internal Mobility Senior Advisor to serve as a resource to associates who desire to move within the organization.
  • TIAA’s flagship program Journey to Inclusion (JTI), was designed in 2018 to provide bias-interrupting tools aimed at changing behaviors to ultimately create a more inclusive culture.
