The Hershey Company Appoints Janine Smith As Its First Chief Compliance, Ethics and Privacy Officer

The Hershey Company has appointed its first Chief Compliance, Ethics and Privacy Officer: Janine Smith.

In a LinkedIn post announcing her appointment, James Turoff, The Hershey Company’s General Counsel, said the role “reflects Hershey’s long-standing commitment to operating ethically everywhere we do business.”

“In an increasingly connected world, this new role will help ensure we continue to operate with the highest of integrity,” Turoff said. “Janine has been a clear and consistent voice in championing our culture of compliance and ethics, and she is the right leader to continue to accelerate this important work.”
