Stellantis continues to build on a rich legacy of supporting Diversity and Inclusion and is now in the second year of a four-year strategic plan built on three pillars: People and Education, Accountability, and Community and Economic Empowerment, or P.E.A.C.E.
Our first plan year saw many new and historic achievements, such as the establishment of the Black Supplier Development Program in partnership with the National Business League, the launch of two new leadership development programs for Black and multicultural team members – inspired by our award-winning women’s program, the establishment of Diversity Action Plans setting representation targets at the leadership level, and benefit package enhancements for domestic partners.
We strengthened our 11 employee-led Business Resource Groups with more budget to enable cultural awareness, development, and diversity programming, as well as adding a second Executive Sponsor to each group to provide coaching and guidance. 2,400 leaders completed an inclusive leadership self-assessment, and we kept a stimulating dialogue going through quarterly D&I town halls, Courageous Conversations, Leadership messages, employee newsletters, and P.E.A.C.E. Maker programs, among others.
