Women of Color and Their Allies Conference
Sponsorship Information

New this fall, DiversityInc will travel to Atlanta for our Women of Color and Their Allies Conference. On October 2nd, DiversityInc will bring together top corporate executives, across various industries, to have a frank conversation about the challenges women of color face in corporate America.

Sponsors of the event receive first look for all speaking roles. We will talk with you to find out where your interests, your experiences and our audience needs coincide. Panelists and speakers will be videoed and appear on DiversityInc's websites. We are working on the agenda now but some topics identified include:

  • Career advice for women of color
  • The benefits of having women of color mentor/sponsor other women of color
  • Being a "high-potential executive": how to make sure others view you this way
  • Real examples of:
    • What sponsorship/mentoring looks like and discussions with current mentors/mentees
    • Real talk about what issues women of color face and how they've dealt with/overcome it
