The theme for our first fall event is The Pros and Cons of Unconscious Bias Training, taking place in Newark on September 18th. We will focus on the social stereotypes that many of us believe, how those assumptions can hinder individuals in the workplace and how unconscious bias training can help and/or hinder an organization.

Whether your organization is in the beginning, middle or advanced stages of management, you’ll be able to take away useful and actionable content.

Sponsors of the event receive first look for all speaking roles. We will talk with you to find out where your interests, your experiences and our audience needs coincide. Panelists and speakers will be videoed and appear on DiversityInc’s websites. We are working on the agenda now but some topics identified include:
