Sen. Jesse Hamilton Wants to Punish Whites Who Make Frivolous Calls to Cops on Black People

New York State Senator Jesse Hamilton has announced his proposal for 911 Anti-Discrimination legislation. If the law passes, it would add false reporting statutes to the list of hate crimes in New York State law.

The law would be put in place to quash the numerous occasions of racist whites calling the police and filing police reports against other citizens for essentially “living while Black.”

The senator had his own run-in with a #BBQBecky while he was campaigning in his district in Brooklyn. The unidentified woman chastised him after he handed her a flyer criticizing President Donald Trump. The woman, who ironically had a thick Eastern European accent, accused Senator Hamilton of supporting immigrants excessively.

The 20-minute encounter was caught on tape. She disagreed with the senator’s grassroots approach of talking to constituents directly and called 911. Hamilton explained to officers what was going on after they arrived and no arrests were made. Although the racist busybody wasn’t arrested, there should be a penalty against situations like this considering the amount of tax dollars that are being wasted on such frivolous calls and more importantly, the imminent danger, Blacks are placed in once the cops are called.

In a press conference held to announce the bill, Hamilton stated, “These 911 calls are more than frivolous. These 911 calls amount to more than just a waste of police time and resources. These 911 calls are acts of intimidation. Living while Black is not a crime, but making a false report especially motivated by hate should be.”

They, absolutely, should be.
