PwC Teams with Coursera to Teach Data Analytics

PricewaterhouseCoopers (No. 5 on the Diversityinc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list) is teaming with the world’s largest massive, open online course (MOOC) provider. The firm has entered into a Joint Business Relationship with Coursera. This relationship provides an opportunity to offer leading-edge skills development to the world through a unique combination of online learning and practical application.

We’re creating four courses on data analytics and a final capstone project. The courses are designed to explore how a combination of better understanding, filtering and application of data can help solve problems faster leading to smarter, more effective decision-making.

Through these courses, you’ll learn how to more effectively use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and other common data analysis and communication tools, as well as how to present data to others in a way that drives business performance getting them engaged and motivated to act.

These courses to be taken in succession comprise the Specialization: Data Analysis and Presentation Skills: The PwC Approach

Course 2: Problem Solving with Excel

Course 3: Data Visualization with Advanced Excel

Course 4: Effective Business Presentations with Powerpoint
