PwC partnered with UNICEF and Generation Unlimited to help upskill young people to enable the transition to net zero.
The report gave the following recommendations:
- Advocate for upskilling
- Recognize the importance of a broad range of green skills
- Establish a system that enables young people to obtain green skills
- Put women and youth at the center of the transition to a net zero world
- Catalyze green entrepreneurship driven by youth
PwC, UNICEF and Generation Unlimited urge governments, businesses and stakeholders to take action to ensure that the world can transition to net zero in time.
