In his first interview since earning the Staten Island Republican Party’s backing for Congress, Staten Island District Attorney Daniel Donovan—the man unable to convince a grand jury to indict the NYPD officer who choked Eric Garner to death—spoke out about the case.
According to the New York Daily News, in a live interview on WNYM-AM 970, Donovan voiced concerns over the impact the case could have on the congressional race.
