To mark International Women’s Day, PwC conducted a general survey of professionalsfrom 40 different countries about their internationalmobilityexperiences and aspirations,revealing a possible disconnect between women’s aspirations for internationalmobilityand their beliefs about such opportunities.The new global report Modernmobility: Moving women with purpose reveals that women are 19% less likely than men to believe the opportunities for internationalmobilitywith their current employer are equal for men and women.
