As head of global HR, Peter Fasolo oversees recruiting, diversity, compensation and employee relations at Johnson & Johnson. He sits on the company’s Executive Committee and Management Compensation Committee, and chairs the Pension and Benefits Committee.
Fasolo originally joined the company in 2004 as Worldwide Vice President, Human Resources for Cordis Corporation. He was then promoted to Vice President, Global Talent Management for J&J. He left J&J to serve as Chief Talent Officer of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. from 2007 to 2010, before returning in his current role.
