People on the Move: PwC Names Yolanda Seals-Coffield US Chief People Officer

PwC (a Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Hall of Fame company) has named Yolanda Seals-Coffield as its next US Chief People Officer. She served as Deputy People Officer before taking this role and was Chief Employment Council before that.

In her role as Chief People Officer, Seals-Coffield will align PwC’s people experience and HR function with its growth strategy through strategic leadership.

“I’m honored to be PwC’s new US Chief People Officer. People have always been at the heart of my career, and they’re at the heart of our firm, driving us to be better every day,” Seals-Coffield said in a statement. “At PwC, we’re reimagining how we empower our people to reach their full potential through choice, flexibility and development with our My+ strategy. By providing opportunities for everyone to find success and purpose both professionally and personally, we can best serve and support our clients, communities and colleagues.

“Chief People Officer is more than just a title – it’s a commitment to give our people the best PwC experience possible. I’m excited for this opportunity and look forward to the journey ahead.”
