Bristol-Myers Squibb, the multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in New York City, has named Pamela Fisher as the company’s new chief diversity and inclusion officer. Fisher previously served as the head of diversity, equity & inclusion global strategy and partnerships at another pharmaceutical giant, Johnson & Johnson (a Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Hall of Fame Company), since 2017.
