To support our commitment to D&I, we are activating our workforce through the strength of our D&I Champion Networks, D&I Council and 15 Employee Resource Groups.  These groups play an important role to ensure diverse and inclusive teams across our organization and enhance cultural awareness and understanding, while providing professional development opportunities for associates.

In addition, one of our key priorities is to have balance and equal rights among all of our associates. We have signed on to the United Nations Standards of Conduct to support people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual or intersexual (LGBTI).  And, we have enhanced our focus on gender parity by committing to achieving gender balance in management by 2023.
