PwC's 2017 Holiday Outlook: Young Gen Z

Young Gen Z consumers forge their own path.

PwC (No. 4 on the DiversityInc Top 50 Companies list) conducted a separate survey this year of 301 young Gen Z consumers (aged 13-16) to analyze similarities and differences from consumers aged 17+.

The vast majority of these young consumers choose stores (81%) as their single most preferred way to shop this holiday with 40% planning to shop exclusively in stores. They like going to the mall and are comfortable paying for products in store via smartphone or wearable device.
