Groundbreaking ESPN anchor Stuart Scott died of cancer on Sunday. He was 49.
Scott, the most prominent Black talent at the cable network and the voice of a younger, hipper generation, was known for his outsized enthusiasm and his catchphrases—most prominently “Boo-yah!” and “As cool as the other side of the pillow.”
