As Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion officer, Radden oversees all aspects of diversity for the entire company, including enterprise strategy, employee engagment and external relationships. She is part of TIAA-CREF’s senior leadership team.

Radden has been with TIAA-CREF since 2007 as a business partner. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner for the office of the COO, overseeing talent acquisition and development, as well as diversity and inclusion.

Before joining the company, she was an Enterprise HR Leader at Charles Schwab. She served as HR Liaison and Transformation Coordinator to U.S. Trust National Bank and State Street Private Asset Management. She began her career at Milliken & Co. where she held several human resources leadership roles.

Radden earned a bachelors degree in psychology and a masters in business administration, both from Auburn University in Alabama.
