Shannon Hauf, Global Cotton, Wheat, and Specialty Crops Technology Lead at Monsanto Company sat down with Sara Menker, Founder and CEO of Gro Intelligence, when she visited Monsanto (No. 39 on the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies list) to speak with the company’s Women in Science Network (WiSE).
Menker “got her start on Wall Street in commodities risk management and trading, where she says she built her strength and conviction and learned to persevere,” writes Hauf.
“After many years on Wall Street, Sara set out to solve the massive inefficiencies and data gaps plaguing the global Ag industry when she founded software company Gro Intelligence.”
