Rapper Meek Mill's Grandmother's Home Vandalized With Racist Message

Rapper Meek Mill’s grandmother’s house was vandalized in Philadelphia on Monday night. The vandal, who was white, spray-painted a racist message on the home.

Apparently, there has been a string of vandalisms in South Philly reference to white pride. The neighborhood is said to have undergone gentrification according to Mill, a native Philadelphian.

He was understandably upset, but he shared the video of what happened on his social media along with some strong commentary

“A white man sprayed racial remarks on my Grandmom’s house last night in South Philly referencing white privilege,” Meek revealed, adding that, “the crazy part is this was an all-Black neighborhood 20 years ago. It was gentrified and now this! Just don’t let us catch you coward!”

There have been several instances of the term “ACORN” found on homes in Philadelphia. It’s a term that is reportedly associated with the white power movement and neo-Nazis.

The rapper has filed a report with the Philadelphia Police Department and there’s an ongoing investigation.
