As Chief Talent and Diversity officer, Yrizarry leads Verizon’s global diversity, recruitment, executive development and succession planning. She previously served as the company’s Vice President of Workplace Culture, Diversity and Compliance. Since joining the company in 1990 as Manager of Educational Relations, she has held roles as Executive Director for Public Policy and Strategic Alliances and Director of Operations and National Workforce Development Programs for the Verizon Foundation.
