As Executive Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Hundley manages Cox’s relationships with diversity partners and works alongside senior leadership to implement diversity initiatives across the company.

Hundley is a member of Cox’s National Diversity Council and oversees the company’s employee resource groups. She has nearly two decades of experience developing diversity training programs, managing federal audits and working with agencies like the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.

Before working at Cox, she was the vice president and diversity manager for Wells Fargo Bank. Hundley has extensive experience working abroad, and has managed technical and business operation centers in Jamaica and the Philippines.

Hundley earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, a masters degree in Human Resources and a law degree, all from St. Mary’s University. She sits on numerous boards including the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential, and the advisory committee for the Disability Equality Index, an initiative of the U.S. Business Leadership Network (USBLN).
