Verba is active in TD’s Women in Leadership Committee and chairs the bank’s Diversity Leadership Team, a group of senior executives working to promote diversity-and-inclusion initiatives across the company.
Previously, she was Head of Store Operations and Service Programs. Under her leadership, the bank grew from 75 retail locations to more than 1,000. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles at various companies in human resources, sales and account management, and product development.
Verba is a member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women’s Summit and twice has been named one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking by American Banker. She sits on the board of the Women’s Refugee Commission and the Bank Administration Institute. She is also a member of the Senior Women Leaders Advisory Board of VisionSpring, an organization which provides affordable eyeglasses and vision care to underserved populations.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
