Providing a pathway for more underrepresented talent to choose KPMG is our greatest opportunity. Excited to share we have appointed KPMG US’s first-ever Accessibility Leader, Annette Rosta to help us expand our efforts in hiring new recruits with apparent and nonapparent disabilities.

With this new role, Annette will adopt best practices for retention, engagement and accommodations, inclusive of technological and physical work environments, to support individuals with disabilities.
