KeyBank Ranked #23 on Fair360’s 2021 Top 50 Companies for Diversity

In recognition of its continued commitment to and advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, KeyBank has earned the #23 place on the 2021 Fair360, formerly DiversityInc “Top 50 Companies for Diversity” list, improving 12 spots from #35 in 2020. This year’s recognition marks the twelfth time and eighth consecutive year KeyBank was named a Top 50 Company. KeyBank was also ranked on several specialty lists:

  • #4 on the Top Companies for Executive Diversity Councils – improving 19 spots from #23 last year.
  • #7 on the Top Companies for Philanthropy – improving 17 spots from #24 last year.
  • #21 on the Top Companies for Employee Resource Groups.
  • Named a Top Company for ESG.

Fair360, formerly DiversityInc’s empirically-driven rankings are based on 2020 company-submitted data in six key areas: leadership accountability, human capital diversity metrics, talent programs, workforce practices, supplier diversity, and philanthropy.
