Kelley Johnson

Divisional Vice President, Diversity and Emerging Talent


As Divisional Vice President, Diversity and Emerging Talent, Kelley Johnson oversees the JCPenney’s recruitment, talent-management and diversity-and-inclusion initiatives.

Prior to joining JCPenney in 2010, she held leadership roles in diversity and corporate communications at Accor Hospitality. A Dallas native, Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University.

Johnson sits on the national board for INROADS, a national nonprofit working to foster the professional development of students from traditionally underserved groups. She is also on the advisory board of the Latino Leadership Initiative at Southern Methodist University.
