“Diversity gives Cummins a competitive advantage in producing the best products with the best people from all over the world,” Creveling told DiversityInc.

Creveling joined Cummins in 2009 and was named Executive Director of Global Diversity and Right Environment in January 2014. She currently oversees all diversity initiatives including recruitment, employee training, resource groups and the development of reporting metrics. She previously served as Senior Counsel at Cummins, supporting the Human Resources department. Before joining the company, Creveling was a partner at a law firm that specialized in labor and employment issues.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University and a J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two children.
