Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year. It is a poignant time to think about what is important in life and give thanks.
This holiday also allows me to combine gratitude with my love for cooking. I find cooking brings everyone together to share in special moments.
As the holiday season begins, I am thankful for my immediate family my wife, sons, mother, sisters, brothers, in-laws, cousins and you, my extended Kaiser Permanente family. I want to thank every person within Kaiser Permanente for your hard work and dedication throughout the year. I am also thankful for our nearly 12 million members, our customers and for all 65 million in the communities we are privileged to serve.
This year, I’d like to share one of my favorite recipes that I like to make for family and friends at Thanksgiving, which I hope you might share with those you love.
