TD Bank Appoints Judy Dinn As Its New Chief Information Officer

On Nov. 16, TD Bank announced Judy Dinn as the company’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, Dinn will be responsible for technology strategy, planning, and delivery for TD Bank.

“Judy is an exceptional technology leader with deep expertise in retail banking and wealth management and a proven track record of leading technology integrations and transformations,” said Greg Braca, President and CEO, TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank. “Judy has a passion for supporting women in technology, is known for building strong technical teams, and is recognized for her ability to deliver innovative strategies that drive business results. I look forward to Judy joining my Management Committee and working closely with her as we continue to enhance our technology capabilities in support of a better customer experience.”

Dinn joined TD in 2020 as TD Bank Group’s Chief Architect and CIO of U.S. Credit Cards. Before TD, Dinn was the CIO of Credit Cards at JPMorgan Chase in the U.S. She has more than 20 years of experience as a technology executive in the financial services industry and has previously held technology leadership roles at RBC, CIBC, and BMO—global banks based in Canada—and at D+H, now Finastra.

Dinn has an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics specializing in computer science from the University of Waterloo. She was an educator at the University of Waterloo after graduating and co-founded the program Think About Math, which supports high school girls continuing with STEM and has been operating at the university for more than a decade.

Dinn will report to Greg Braca, President and CEO, TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, and Greg Keeley, Chief Information Officer, TD Bank Group.
