That’s why, for 12 years running, the Global Women’s Mentoring Partnershipsponsored by Fortune and the U.S. State Department, in conjunction with the Vital Voices Global Partnershiphas paired businesswomen from around the world with top American female executives.

The goal: provide these future international leaders with lifelong mentors, top-notch professional skills and new inspiration they can take back to their companies and communities.
