Humana on Celebrating Acceptance and Freedom of Expression During Pride Month

Originally published at humananews.com. Humana ranked No. 9 on The DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2022.

Humana is taking intentional steps to nurture a culture where all employees, no matter who they are, feel like they can bring their full selves to our organization and do their best work. Only then can we make the best decisions for our customers to ensure that they all have a fair and just opportunity to experience their best health.

This Pride Month, we are celebrating the advancements the LGBTQIA community has made in representation and the freedom to express their full identity. We know the importance of acceptance in creating a workplace where people feel a true sense of belonging. We asked our associates what it means for them to be accepted as they are in the workplace. Watch the video to see what they had to say.
