For the first time, Humana is being recognized as one of America’s Most Trusted Companies 2022. The honor, presented by Newsweek and Statista, is based off surveys measuring employee trust, customer trust and investor trust. Humana ranked tenth in the Insurances Industry category.

“This honor is a testament to Humana’s dedication to our employees and our focus on caring for our members through every step of their healthcare journey,” said Erin Champlin, Senior Vice President of People Experience at Humana. “Our culture empowers our employees to go above and beyond for our customers and deliver results. This ranking reflects the fruition of those commitments.”

America’s Most Trusted Companies 2022 were identified in an independent survey based on a vast sample of approximately 50,000 U.S. residents who rated companies they know on all three touchpoints of trust. They are customer trust, investor trust and employee trust. A total of 110,000 evaluations were submitted. All stock exchange listed companies with a revenue over $500 million in 2020 were considered in the study. The top 400 Most Trusted Companies across 22 industries were chosen based on a holistic approach to evaluating trust. Learn more by visiting Newsweek’s complete listing.
