From The Company

Humana is committed to putting health first – for our teammates, our customers and our company. Through our Humana insurance services and our CenterWell health care services, we make it easier for the millions of people we serve to achieve their best health – delivering the care and service they need, when they need it. These efforts are leading to a better quality of life for people with Medicare, Medicaid, families, individuals, military service personnel and communities at large. Celebrating diverse backgrounds and creating an environment of inclusion is at the heart of Humana. We take intentional steps to nurture a culture where all employees, no matter who they are, feel like they can be their best selves and do their best work. Only then can we make the best decisions for our customers to ensure that they all have a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible. We are thrilled to be recognized by Fair360, formerly DiversityInc for our culture of inclusion and belonging. We know that our work is far from done, and we remain committed to our journey of advancing equity for our employees, our customers and the communities we serve.
