Today I join our Pride Team Member Resource Group as we kick off Global Pride Month at Hilton and around the world. Our theme this year is “Stride with Pride: Moving the Needle Forward.” We’ll celebrate the progress we have made toward LGBTQ+ equality with global (virtual) events and learning opportunities while staying focused on the work that still remains on the journey toward true inclusion. Creating a true sense of belonging for all is at the core of our Hilton hospitality, and it’s one of the many reasons I am so excited to be celebrating with our LGBTQ+ Team Members and allies this month. Happy Pride!
