Hilton has been named one of the “Best Workplaces in Greater China 2022” by Great Place to Work for the eighth year in a row. The hospitality company has retained its honorable status as “The Legend,” marking its accomplishment of being listed as one of the “Best Workplaces in Greater China” for at least five years.

The company focuses on diversifying and supporting its workforce, providing opportunities for members of local communities to grow in their careers. Ninety percent of general managers in China are Chinese, with over 26% of these general managers being female.

Hilton has also been named among the “Best Workplaces for Women in Greater China” for three consecutive years, the first year in 2020. The company was first named to the “Best Workplaces in Greater China” in 2015, ranking number one in 2020 and 2021.
