Hilton Issues a Company Statement in the Wake of Hurricane Ida

The safety and security of Hilton’s guests and Team Members are always our top priority.  We continue to work with our properties, local authorities and tourism partners to assess the impact of Hurricane Ida on hotel operations.

Hilton properties in the storm’s path have activated and implemented their hurricane preparedness plans and emergency procedures. Those located in mandatory evacuation zones will evacuate in adherence with local requirements.

For guests whose travel plans may be impacted by Hurricane Ida, modification and cancellation penalties for hotels impacted may be waived. We encourage guests to contact 1-800-HILTONS for the most up-to-date information. For further details regarding the storm please visit the National Hurricane Center website at www.nhc.noaa.gov.
