Hilton Hotels & Resorts has been named the best business hotel worldwide at this year’s prestigious Business Traveller Awards.

A fixture of the business travel and hospitality calendar for more than 30 years, The Business Traveller Awards are voted for by readers of the magazine and are widely recognized as the market’s benchmark for excellence.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts was awarded the top accolades for:

  • Best Business Hotel Brand Worldwide
  • Best Business Hotel Brand in Europe
  • Best Business Hotel Brand in the UK
  • Best Hotel Loyalty Scheme

The hospitality brand has placed first for Best Business Hotel in the UK since 2015, and since 2016 Business Traveller readers have consistently voted Hilton Honors the Best Hotel Loyalty Programme.

Stephen Cassidy, Hilton’s Managing Director UK & Ireland, said: “We’re delighted to be recognized once again by the readers of Business Traveller, especially during what is a challenging period for travel. These awards are a fantastic tribute to the dedication and professionalism of our Hilton Team Members who continue to deliver our world-renowned hospitality to our guests.”

Julian Gregory, Managing Editor, Business Traveller, said: “The Business Traveller Awards give our readers the opportunity to reward those companies who have provided them with first-class product and service excellence over the previous 12 months. On behalf of our readers, we, therefore, congratulate Hilton Hotels & Resorts on their four awards and thank them for all they have done to keep our readers and their most frequent customers happy.”

Hilton Hotels & Resorts has 580 properties globally, 132 across Europe and 53 hotels in the UK alone. This week Hilton announced further status and Points extensions, providing maximum flexibility and value to its 108 million Hilton Honors members around the world.

In response to the pandemic, Hilton launched Hilton CleanStay, an industry-leading program to deliver a new standard of cleanliness and disinfection across all of Hilton’s hotels globally. Developed in collaboration with RB, maker of Dettol, Hilton CleanStay allows guests to enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay, providing peace of mind from check-in to check-out. New standards include a Hilton CleanStay Room Seal to indicate that a room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, increased frequency of cleaning of all public areas, and flexible housekeeping options.
