Hilton announced Jonathan Nouri’s promotion to Vice President and Global Head of Hilton Honors

In his new role, Nouri will further accelerate the growth of Hilton Honors, the 85-million-member award-winning loyalty program for Hilton’s 17 brands. Previous to this role, Nouri oversaw the performance of current benefits, led innovation of new program benefits, set reward pricing and strategy and provided overall program management for Hilton Honors.

“As Hilton will soon celebrate its 100-year anniversary, we are continuously reminded of our commitment to extend the light and warmth of hospitality around the world. Hilton Honors allows us to deliver on that promise daily and connect directly with our members in more meaningful ways,” said Mark Weinstein, SVP and Global Head of Customer Engagement, Loyalty and Partnerships at Hilton. “I believe Jonathan and his best-in-class team will help us carry that legacy forward and lead the charge in growing our program. As Jonathan expands his role on my leadership team, he will continue to serve as an integral player in delivering excellence to our members by ensuring our program is strongly positioned and differentiated from our competitors.”

In his tenure at Hilton, Nouri has led several efforts for the program, including the introduction of new and more flexible benefits such as Points & Money, higher elite earn rates, elite rollover nights and added breakfast as an elite benefit at all hotel brands. He also partnered closely with Hilton’s co-brand credit card teams and American Express, which officially became the exclusive issuer of Hilton Honors credit cards in the United States.

As Hilton Honors continues to announce even more extraordinary experiences and exclusive access for members, Nouri’s leadership will be focused on growing the current member base, optimizing the delivery of current benefits, concepting the next generation of elite benefits, building differentiated partnerships and further enhancing the digital experience within the industry-leading Hilton Honors app. He will also oversee Hilton Honors Experiences, allowing members to use their Points for exclusive access to premium seats at concerts and sporting events, as well as VIP events around the world.

Prior to joining Hilton, Nouri most recently served as the Director of Loyalty Marketing as part of the Starwood Preferred Guest team at Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Before joining the hospitality industry, Nouri was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. He received his undergraduate degree at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and MBA at Columbia Business School.

Nouri will continue to report to Mark Weinstein, SVP and Global Head of Customer Engagement, Loyalty and Partnerships at Hilton.
