Hershey’s Mark Kline on the Company’s Efforts Toward Clean and Renewable Energy

Climate Week is a great reminder for companies to do their part in protecting the environment. Reducing our environmental footprint may seem daunting, but as large users of energy it can have a significant impact on climate change through reducing GHG emissions.

At The Hershey Company, we are taking action to reduce our impact on the environment by setting aggressive goals and investing in clean and renewable energy. Earlier this year, we announced two clean energy partnerships to develop solar projects in Camden, North Carolina, and Denton, Texas; which will generate significant power for these communities and increase our ability to rely on clean and renewable energy.
