Four Organizations Collaborate on Healthcare Supplier Diversity


Partnership aims to improve supply chain access to minority business owners in healthcare

Winston-Salem, N.C. April 15, 2014 Novant Health announced today a new collaboration with the Healthcare Supplier Diversity Alliance (HSDA) in Richmond, Va., Tuck Business School at Dartmouth (Tuck) in Hanover, N.H. and Novation in Irving, Texas that is designed to offer an executive training program for minority business owners in the healthcare industry, creating pathways to potential opportunities for historically underutilized businesses.

HSDA is a voluntary, not-for-profit trade association that performs a leadership role in promoting and preserving the role of diverse suppliers in the healthcare industry. Novation is a leader of healthcare supply chain expertise, analytics and contracting as a group purchasing organization. Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business is America’s oldest graduate school of management and is recognized among the leading business schools in the world.
