While we are proud to be recognized by DiversityInc for the work we do, we’re even prouder of the tangible difference it has made in the culture of our company. 

Among our recent accomplishments, we:

  • Named two women of color to our board of directors
  • Increased minority diversity in our executive team
  • Launched a monthly “Let’s Talk about It” series to provide a forum for our employees to have complex conversations
  • Integrated Equity into our Diversity and Inclusion programs
  • Selected two employees to participate in the CEO Action Racial Equity Fellowship Program
  • Launched required courses for employees on bias and how to be an upstander in the face of racism
  • Launched a mentoring circle program with 125 employees, representing over 70% ethnic and gender diversity
  • Made $1 million in grants to small businesses owned by people of color and pledged another $1 million to a nonprofit that supports diversity efforts with regards to the digital divide
  • Enhanced the metrics we used to measure Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) progress
  • Expanded external outreach on DEI initiatives
  • Intensified our efforts in the supplier diversity space
  • Enhanced our DEI pipeline management process
  • Conducted Employee Resource Groups (ERG) listening sessions
  • Held our first Lunar New Year awareness event
  • Won a 2019 BISA Diversity & Inclusion Award 
  • Were named among the Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation, 2020
