Ferguson Prosecutor Gives His Excuses

St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch spoke publicly for the first time since announcing the Darren Wilson grand jury’s no-bill of indictment against Michael Brown’s killer.


Addressing a symposium at St. Louis University’s law school, McCulloch said he didn’t know if there was anything he would do different about how the case was presented.

“How do you complain about giving too much information,” he asked. “If I have evidence that shows this guy might not be guilty my obligation is to present that.”
