As Election Day approaches, a Black male Memphis, Tennessee, resident with the Facebook account name Skye Lev posted a video of a road rage incident that occurred over the weekend between him and a white Trump supporter.

Skye Lev said the following in his original post that garneredmore than 2 million views in less than 10 hours but Facebook has since removed:

“This is a prime example of why you should get out and vote! Guy got heated and decided to share w/me what him and his family thinks about me and my people because I didn’t allow him to speed up and stop me from changing lanes in traffic.

“I could’ve ended up doing 20 to life over this but instead I decided to show him respect, that he clearly didn’t deserve, because I have children to be here for. Lord thank you for this patience and self control that you blessed me with! GET OUT AND VOTE PEOPLE!!!!”

According to WMC Action News 5, the Memphis resident who goes by the name Skye Lev on Facebook isBrandon Levston. He said the incident has shown him it’s time to talk to his young son about racism.

“I have to explain to him that racism does exist,” Levston said. “These are the things to look out for. These are the things to be prepared for.”

Thetraffic incident resulted in a white motorist outlining what many Trump supporters believe to be true about African Americans.

Levstonreposted the video Monday morning, but it was again deleted by Facebook. DiversityInc contacted the company about the removal of the video and received the following response from a spokesperson via email:

“The videos were removed in error and restored as soon as we were able to investigate. Our team processes millions of reports each week, and we sometimes get things wrong. We’re very sorry about this mistake.”

Shaun King of The New York Daily News shared the video on Twitter.

And, it has also been uploaded to YouTube:

‘Trump all the way’

“Trump, Trump all the way, Trump,” the white male motorist, identified as Robert Neil Thompson, says as he exits his vehicle and approaches Levston, who is filming the incident from inside his car.

“Black lives don’t matter,” he continues. “There ain’t no proof. Just ’cause you say something, don’t mean nothing.”

Levstonreplies, “Black lives don’t matter because you have a problem in traffic”

Thompson responds, “The problem in traffic was you were right behind me, sped up and drove around me, jumped in front of me and made me slam on my brakes at a light that makes you a n**ger. That proves that Black lives don’t matter.”

He then begins to tell the Black motorist that he has to explain why Black lives matter.

“If you have a side, if you have a subject, you tell me why Black lives matter. Because people say so You know what matter means, something that makes a difference”

Not only is he arguing with the Black motorist, but at one point he takes off his cap and points it in his face through the open car door window.

Thompson says that Martin Luther King Jr. would be ashamed of the people with the “flat-bill hats like you and the people who can’t even keep their pants up.”

“Put it on Facebook, I don’t care. I don’t care,” he says.

“Apparently you don’t,” Levstonresponds.

“You’re a punk that lives off social media,” the Trump supporter says. “I don’t even have a social media account, you know why because white lives matter.”

He then begins to walk back to his car, when Levston says, “I appreciate you sharing with me your life story, sir.”

Thompson then turns around to again confront the Black motorist when a woman’s voice in his car is heard, seemingly telling him to end the confrontation.

He says to her, “Let me handle this. Be a woman.”

Thompson goes back to the Black driver’s window and says, “What was my life historyWas it anything about anybody’s past, or are you just another n**ger that doesn’t understand anything”

Levston then says, “Teach me a little bit more about Black people.”

The Trump supporter obliges:

“Black people were bought by contract, and we got ripped off. ‘Cause y’all should have got returned when it was evidence and proof that y’all couldn’t do anything. Because y’all live off welfare ”

Levston then begins to question how Thompson came to this conclusion about him in particular.

He responds, “Because you look like a n**ger and drive like a n**ger what is the definition of a n**gerIs it Black skin

The Black motorist responds, “I don’t know because I don’t use the word.”

Thompson says he’ll speak directly to the camera to give a message:

“Hey spread this, I’m looking at the camera now and not you Black lives do not matter because Black people walk around and say it. ”

Thompson then calls Levston a “f**king transgender f**got” and says, “If there weren’t technology like this I would have smashed you because you’re a punk.”

According to The Commercial Appeal, “After the video went viral Monday and had been seen by millions of people, Thompson walked into the Memphis Police Department’s Appling Station precinct to fill out a report claiming that he was being intimidated and threatened.”
