We foster inclusion through six Employee Resource Groups, an executive-sponsored Diversity Advisory Board, mentoring programs, and ongoing diversity awareness campaigns. Targeted hiring efforts include participation in ethnic diversity as well as disability- and veteran-focused career fairs, employing Certified Diversity Recruiters, and educating and training managers to reach other populations.
In 2017, Express Scripts held our 4th Annual Experience Diversity Summit, which was highlighted by the “Courageous Conversation” CEO panel. Corporate leaders from other St. Louis corporations shared personal stories of overcoming challenges and adversity in their personal and professional lives. By connecting individual experiences into a larger narrative, Express Scripts helped validate the necessity of diversity and inclusion and its role in helping an individual reach his or her full potential.
